With a family history of Cachaça producers, Cachaça Pavão is reborn to honor and rescue the tradition of making cachaça from our ancestors. At Cachaça Pavão we combine our knowledge and skills to transform sugar cane into such a precious and very peculiar liquid. We have very proud to present our Cachaça

It all started at Sítio São Manoel located in the Santa Tereza neighborhood in Pirassununga - SP.

Cachaça Pavão is the realization of a dream of generations of the Pavão family, who since our ancestors have produced the drink by hand on the São Manuel farm in Pirassununga - SP.
Currently, Cachaça Pavão is produced in micro batches with sugarcane grown at Fazenda Guadalupe in Pirassununga/SP, transported and ground right after harvest. Fermentation is done with the unprecedented blend of Smart Yeast 090 and CA-11 yeasts, which adds aromatic potential to the sugarcane wine. It is distilled in a copper still with indirect fire, and finally stored for a year in stainless steel vats where it develops its aromas, flavors and exclusive characteristics, with balanced and well-defined notes, highlighting sugar cane, fruity and floral notes.
